Orders must be counted with a staff member either before leaving our premises or at your location before signing the invoice. Once signed, no discrepancies will be accepted. By not counting the goods, you agree to the quantity received. Orders will be held for 48 hours and, if not paid for, will be returned to stock. Returned items are subject to a 15% handling fee on the total value of correctly invoiced stock upon authorized return. Prices listed on our website exclude 15% VAT. The garment color on your screen may differ slightly from the actual color, so please purchase a sample before placing an order.
